Placing an order

1. Go through our cake catalog here.
2. Choose the category of the cake that you want and please refer to the product code.
3. Fill up the form as provided below and submit.
4. Your order/request will be sent to our admin. If you are only looking for quotation (not yet decided to confirm order) you will still need to submit the form below. The quotation will then sent to your email.
5. Our admin will contact you via email or phone to further discuss about your order.
6. Upon confirmation of order, we will email you Order Details for payment. Once we have received your payment, will proceed with your order based on the date collection given.

All orders are based on first come first served basis. Kindly place your order at least 7 days in advance or the earlier the better to avoid disappointment. 

All cancellation of orders must be inform 5 days before the date of collection. 50% cancellation fee is applicable for cancellation made within 3 days from the date of collection.

Delivery

All orders are to be self collected. We will provide you the map of collection upon confirmation of order.Delivery service can be arranged but subject to our availability. Free delivery for order within Penang Island. Additional charge RM 6++ for outside Penang Island and subject to destination requested.

Payment

For orders of RM200 or lesser, full payment is required upon confirmation of order. For orders more than RM200, a minimum of 50% deposit is required upon confirmation and full payment upon collection. All payments should be made via online transfer or cash deposit to the following bank account:-
